• For our guided tours, your booking details (such as name, dietary requirements, and emergency contact information) are shared with our operating partners — including Tour de Tsitsikamma and MTO Trails — solely to arrange guiding, accommodation, meals, and logistics on your behalf.
• Your details may also be shared with transport providers where necessary for shuttles or transfers.
• We only share what’s needed to deliver your booking, and expect our partners to handle your information with the same care.
